LOST: The Other Generation - Episode Seventeen by Kevin

The penultimate episode. One more to go!

And I am excited to write it. The final episode might be a little longer than 60pgs, if I feel like I need it. But I won't be gratuitous. Just want to finish it properly. This one (#17) needed
to move pretty fast, but actually I think it makes it more exciting.

I think this episode is a lot of fun. Lots of things happen and we get to explore some cool territory, story-wise (IMO). Some new characters are introduced but only ONE of them is important in the grand scheme heading into the last episode. I won't say which one. The rest are simply here to tell this particular story. In other words, the only characters that matter are the characters we've been dealing with all along. Just think of it like Season 5 'Dharmaville'. The new characters are necessitated by the location...and 'time'.
Don't want to say too much more.

This Episode is intentionally confusing, again, in keeping with the spirit of the series. Adventure and mystery...Just wait and trust me.

When I originally wrote these, I didn't format them properly in the dialogue while using (beat) and (pause). So as I repost these I am taking the opportunity to fix that.

But it also means I have to edit the whole episode format a bit in order to keep them uniform at 60 pages. So that's why it's not as simple as merely re-sending all of them as they currently are.

Besides that, I wouldn't want to inundate DarkUFO with a bunch of reposts all at once. Also, I am continuing to write episodes 17 and 18 at the same time. So that's why it's moving slower than you might expect. So, be patient with me. :)

So I've created a small, simple blog and I'll be reposting everything there (as well) and hopefully when all is said and done, I'll be able to answer questions and comments on that blog:

I took a month off to recharge my batteries.

This episode is pretty much the extent of the mythology. There will be more Island history and such, but it's pretty much all out there now.
